Duvalier Malone PhD
Dr. Duvalier J. Malone is an accomplished academic leader, researcher, and advocate with over 15 years of experience in management, leadership development, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Ph.D. in Urban Leadership and Entrepreneurship from the University of the District of Columbia. His research focuses on diversity in federal leadership, strategic human resource management, and the intersection of leadership and public policy.
Dr. Malone is dedicated to fostering inclusive and engaging learning environments. He serves as Chair of the AI Faculty Committee, leading initiatives on AI integration in business education.
Dr. Malone’s work has been published in academic journals and national media outlets, where he provides thought leadership on leadership development, public policy, and management. Through his research, teaching, and mentorship, he equips students with the knowledge and skills to become transformative leaders in their fields.
